Knowing very well this item will be out of stock they still keep it on display and try to sell it! I also purchased a couch set that I got 3 months after I bought it. Was lied to on when it would be ready for pick up. They lied to our faces and called me a liar when we repeated what they told us. You cannot blame COVID for your lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. If you do not have the furniture just say you don’t have it, don’t let people buy something you have no intentions of fulfilling.
